How to raise a concern or make a complaint:
- If your concern is about the Society, its staff or its representatives, please address your concern to the Chief Executive at [email protected].
- If your concern is about the Chief Executive, please address your concern to the President at [email protected].
- Clearly outline the issue you are experiencing, including any relevant details and the names of individuals involved.
- Where possible, provide any relevant documents or evidence that support your concern.
- You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 working days confirming receipt and outlining the next steps.
- Your concern will be thoroughly investigated, and we aim to resolve all matters promptly and fairly.
