  • The Society's Health and Wellbeing Program has been developed as a way of engaging with members of the South Australian Legal Profession on the important topic of mental health and wellbeing. The aim of this programme is for participants to expand their own knowledge of these issues, and for them to then contribute to the building of a culture of wellness and self-care throughout the legal profession in South Australia.

Wellbeing and Resilience Guide

  • Looking after yourself – both physically and mentally – should not be seen as selfish; being unwell costs much more than being well.

    With assistance from the Professional Standards Councils, the Society created the Wellbeing and Resilience Guide to set out in a clear and simple way some of the key aspects of physical and mental health and how to develop and maintain good health so as to help steer clear of major issues.
