Risk Management

The Risk Management activities of the Law Society are designed to minimise the frequency and severity of insurance claims made against South Australian legal practitioners.

In addition to the Society's Ethics and Practice Unit, the Risk Management team provides support to practitioners by offering information and guidance on establishing a new practice and enhancing the management of an existing practice.
